Policy Press

Welcome to our Development Studies Association conference virtual book stand

In place of being at the DSA conference this year, we have created this virtual space so that we can connect with everyone we would have met there.

We publish some of the world’s leading scholars in our International Development list, including Gustavo Esteva, Jo Boyden, Andy Sumner and Peter Lloyd Sherlock, and cover a range of issues, particularly related to gender, children and cities.

We are now actively commissioning in this field and welcome proposals from scholars writing on the Global South from a range of disciplinary perspectives. We are particularly interested in projects that address global social challenges.

Find all our current International Development book and journal highlights below.
