Justice Power and Resistance

Justice Power and Resistance will be relaunching with Bristol University Press in September 2021 with the special double issue: Pandemics, Policing and Protest. 

Justice, Power and Resistance is an international, peer-reviewed journal promoting critical analysis and connecting theory, politics and activism. Working towards social justice, state accountability and decarceration, the journal is primarily a vehicle to advance challenging research and scholarship that will inform contemporary debates and policies. 

The editors welcome theoretical, normative and empirical studies from interdisciplinary perspectives including sociology, geography, law, history, criminology, social policy and social theory from scholars and activists. Read the call for papers to learn more.

Work in the Global Economy is an interdisciplinary peer-reviewed journal that promotes understanding of work, and connections to work, in all forms and dimensions.  

Foregrounding the diverse interests that compose labour and capital in the Global South and North, the journal will promote interdisciplinary and international agendas that have broad appeal to scholars and students of labour geography, labour history and development studies and more.
