Finance and Sales Administrator
Bristol University Press (BUP), and its award-winning imprint Policy Press (PP), is looking for a Finance and Sales Administrator to support the Finance Manager and Sales Department in day-to-day financial administrative and data processing duties for its books and journals publishing.
The role will support the business across finance and sales administration including working on author royalty payments, processing data for business reports, setting up new publishing project financials and processing invoices on the University finance systems.

Bristol University Press (BUP), and its award-winning imprint Policy Press (PP), is looking to appoint an Editorial Assistant to work within the dynamic and growing Commissioning Team.
The successful candidate should have proven administrative experience in a relevant role, preferably within a publishing Commissioning Team and basic knowledge of the publishing process. We are looking for someone with good attention to detail, excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to plan and prioritise a busy workload.

Content Creation Manager
Bristol University Press (BUP) is looking for an experienced academic production person to provide maternity cover for our Content Creation Manager. You would be joining a small and dedicated team at an exciting stage in BUP’s development and will be responsible for managing the pre-press processing of all our new titles (i.e. copy editing, typesetting, proofing and indexing, creating final files). You will be managing a team of two and be producing around 200 unique titles per annum.
The ideal candidate will have considerable experience of all the relevant prepress areas and will be especially focused on quality control and ensuring author satisfaction. They will be experienced in managing freelancers and external suppliers, and be able to establish strong working relationships with our editorial team.
