Meet our Sociology Editors: Shannon Kneis and Victoria Pittman

Our growing Sociology list has a global outlook featuring high-quality research across emerging and established areas in the field, such as (in)equalities and social justice, migration, gender, race and ethnicity, public sociology, and children and families.

As we explore the consequences of challenges to democracy, the environment, inequalities and intersectionality, we are keen to hear from academics undertaking important research or putting forward new theories who are looking to make an impact and build a better world with their publications. We have a number of book series bringing together our publishing in key areas which you can browse on our website.

Book an appointment with Shannon Kneis (Commissioning Editor) or Victoria Pittman (Publisher) by getting in touch at  shannon.kneis@bristol.ac.uk and victoria.pittman@bristol.ac.uk . You can also visit our Author Hub  to download proposal guidelines and find out more information on publishing with us.

All our Sociology books are available with 50% discount for the duration of the event. Use code BSA22 at the check-out by 22nd April.

Sign up to our newsletter and receive a code for 25% off all books purchased on our website throughout the year .
