Rethinking sustainable cities launches at UN HABITAT III
HABITAT III (the United Nations Conference on Housing and Sustainable Urban Development) has just taken place in Quito, Ecuador.
David Simon’s book, Rethinking sustainable cities: Accessible, green and fair (our first Open Access monograph) launched at the event on Tuesday 18th October, supported by Mistra Urban Futures, where David Simon is a Director.
As a former specialist advisor to UN-HABITAT on cities and climate change, David Simon wrote an article about the event and what it means for creating sustainable and resilient cities, for the Policy Press blog.
