A message from our editor Paul Stevens:

Paul Stevens

Established in 2019, our transdisciplinary science, technology and society programme is home to work situated within the field of science and technology studies, but we also welcome authors who identify with other intellectual traditions. We publish many of our titles on a bespoke basis while also offering newly created book series such as Contemporary Issues in Science Communication and Dis-positions: Troubling Methods and Theory in STS.

We are currently expanding our publishing programme, which includes authored monographs, edited collections, ‘shorts’ of 20-50,000 words and student textbooks. We also welcome proposals for trade titles that are written for general readers.

If you would like to discuss ideas for your next book, please contact our Senior Commissioning Editor Paul Stevens at paul.stevens@bristol.ac.uk.

Don’t forget, we are offering  50% off all our Science, Technology and Society books for the duration of the conference. Use code ASSIST2021 at the check-out by midnight on 10 September.
